Love this rug. I use it indoors but it would work well outdoors too. It's a rug that is larger than the usual door mat. It is a soft and durable rug that I have washed numerous times. It comes out perfect every time. It lays flat and looks great. The white blocks of course get dirty but it really washes well.

Very comfortable for standing, good quality for price. Spongy pad underfoot feels great. A bit narrow so check size carefully. Biggest issue for me is that the color ordered - green - is definitely not what I would call green. More of a brownish grey. Luckily it still works for me but be aware.

A kitchen mat is a piece of equipment before it is decoration. Measure the run of floor you stand on, not the room. A mat that stops short of the dishwasher door gets stepped off every time you load it, and that is the step where the edge curls.
Non-slip backing holds on a clean, dry, sealed floor. It does not hold on a floor that has just been polished, on loose vinyl, or on top of another rug. If a mat slides, the usual culprit is residue from floor cleaner — rinse the area with plain water, let it dry fully, and put the mat back down.
