Less than a shop would, because this is not a shop. There is no checkout on this site, so we never ask for a delivery address, never see a card number and hold no order records at all — nothing here can charge you. What we do have is what you type into an email to us, and what your browser reports while you read: pages viewed, approximate region, referring site and device type, counted in aggregate.
The button hands you to Amazon, and from that moment their privacy policy governs, not this one. They see the request, set their own cookies, and know far more about you than we ever will — particularly if you are signed in. Everything after the click, including your name, address, card and order, exists on their side and never comes back to us. If the affiliate programme ever pays out on a purchase, what we are told is that a sale happened, not who made it.
Our email provider, because that is where the inbox lives, and our analytics counter, in aggregate. There is no carrier and no payment processor in this chain, because there is nothing to ship and nothing to charge. We do not sell your data, rent it or trade it.
Support emails for two years. Analytics in aggregate form indefinitely, since at that point it is a number, not a person. There are no order records to keep.
Write to hello@kimode-rugs.pages.dev to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days, and since the pile is an email thread rather than an order history, deleting it is straightforward. Anything Amazon holds about your purchase has to be asked for from Amazon — we cannot reach into their records on your behalf.
This site is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and it goes.
If this policy changes materially, the new version appears here with a fresh date. We do not quietly rewrite the old one.
