KIMODE publishes a catalogue. The sale is a contract between you and Amazon, formed on their site under their conditions of use, and payment and delivery happen entirely there. We take no money, issue no invoice, dispatch no parcel and are not a party to your purchase. Where these terms and Amazon’s terms appear to conflict about an order, theirs govern the order — ours only cover your use of these pages.
Through the affiliate programme: if a purchase follows a click from here, the retailer may pay us a commission. It comes out of their margin, not off your price, and it does not change what you are charged. It is also why the catalogue exists at all, which is worth saying plainly rather than burying.
Photographs are taken under controlled light and reproduced by your screen, which is calibrated differently from ours. Woven and printed textiles carry natural variation between production runs. Measurements are taken flat and may vary by up to half an inch.

The price and the stock status on Amazon at the moment you check out are the ones that bind — not the number printed here. We cannot honour a price this catalogue has gone stale on, because we are not the party taking the money.
